Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
Create and execute learning strategies and programs
Implement various learning methods companywide
Proven experience as an Learning and Development Manager Manager, Training Manager or similar
Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience in project management and budgeting
